During our 50-minute sessions, we’ll explore your specific symptoms and experiences, using the methods outlined in my book and on this website. This is based on my own personal recovery, my experiences of helping others to recover and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). Together, we’ll create a personalised plan to fit your needs, giving you the tools to stay away from the anxiety cycle.
