Book – How To Overcome Anxiety

This book combines my personal journey to recovery with years of in-depth research on how to overcome anxiety. Through trial and error, I found that much of what I read didn’t work, and in some cases actually made my anxiety worse. In this book, I’ve filtered out the noise to focus only on practical, effective solutions. As I’ve helped others, the book has evolved, growing with each experience. Rather than a checklist of ‘must-dos,’ it serves as a guide to understanding how conscious negative thinking can become a bad habit, emphasising that recovery comes from doing less, not more.
